Birthdays, dinners, cocktail evenings, pop-ups and milestone celebrations for up to 40 guests. The loft is about 1,000 square feet of original plank floors, vintage wood beams, century-old brick and art-covered walls, at the top of a historic building directly across from Lumen Field.
The bar top and commercial drink fridge are ready for whatever you are pouring. Production-quality speakers carry the playlist, and the high-lumen projector puts a slideshow or video up on the wall. The furniture moves when you want an open floor.
Add a bartender at $60/hr per bartender, with a 4-hour minimum. One bartender covers a full house. Add a barber for men’s and short cuts at $100/hr or $40 per person, for groom prep or a little pre-party grooming.
Events book direct at $109/hr with a 4-hour minimum. The marketplace rate is $130/hr, so you save at least 15% by booking here. Bookings run until 3 AM, and larger events that need later access can ask.
