A private room for your group, directly across from Lumen Field.
Directly across from Lumen Field and near T-Mobile Park, four floors above Occidental Ave S. Three windows look straight down the street, so you can watch the crowd build from your own private room. Inside, it is about 1,000 square feet of original plank floors, vintage wood beams and century-old brick.
On game and event days, Occidental fills with fans and vendors, and you hear it all through the old windows. Upstairs you get the energy without the lines: a private loft for up to 40 guests, with your own bar top and commercial drink fridge.
Production-quality speakers and a high-lumen projector are there for the pregame. Add a bartender at $60/hr per bartender, with a 4-hour minimum. One bartender covers a full house.
Game days book direct at $109/hr with a 4-hour minimum. Bookings run until 3 AM, so nobody has to rush out after. Entry is keyless, and the code arrives the day of your booking.
