Brand shoots, music videos, lookbooks and content creators all work here. The furniture moves, and so does the vintage barber chair, so you can clear the floor down to the planks or keep the lived-in look.
Two dedicated 20A / 120V circuits give your lights their own power. Wired high-speed business internet, with ethernet and Wi-Fi, handles tethering, uploads and client review. A high-lumen projector, production-quality speakers and a commercial drink fridge round out the day.
Media production books direct at $70/hr with a 4-hour minimum, at least 15% below the $85/hr marketplace rate. The freight elevator can bring up gear when planned in advance. Entry is keyless.
