Payment
- Bookings under 6 hours with no add-ons pay in full.
- Bookings of 6+ hours, or with a barber or bartender, pay a $300 refundable deposit up front and the balance before the booking. The deposit also covers damage.
- Unpaid holds are released after 48 hours.
Cancellation
- 72+ hours before
- Full refund, including the deposit.
- Under 72 hours
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Under 12 hours
- The deposit is forfeited, plus a $250 late-cancellation fee.
Guests accept the house rules and cancellation terms, including the building access, before paying.

Access
Located on the 4th floor of a historic building, the studio is accessible via stairs only (not ADA compliant; no passenger elevator). Keyless entry details are sent the day of your booking, and a restroom is available on-site. Street parking is located nearby.
Freight elevator access for equipment load-in can be arranged in advance upon request. Standard bookings run until 3:00 AM; please contact us directly if your production requires extended hours.
