Team gatherings, offsites, workshops and holiday parties for up to 40 people, in a top-floor loft in SODO at the Pioneer Square border, directly across from Lumen Field. Swap the conference room for original plank floors, vintage beams, century-old brick and natural light from three windows.
For the working part of the day there is a high-lumen projector for presentations, wired high-speed business internet with ethernet and Wi-Fi, and production-quality speakers for talks and video calls. The furniture moves, so you can reset the room between sessions.
When the agenda ends, the bar top and commercial drink fridge take over. Add a bartender at $60/hr per bartender, with a 4-hour minimum. One covers a full house. A barber is also available at $100/hr or $40 per person.
Events book direct at $109/hr with a 4-hour minimum, at least 15% below the marketplace rate. Bookings of 6+ hours, or with a barber or bartender, take a $300 refundable deposit up front.
