Podcast and music session space in Seattle

A private, quiet top-floor room with wired internet and dedicated power.

A private, top-floor sanctuary for podcasts and music sessions. The studio sits on the fourth floor of a historic brick building, high above the street, and the floor itself stays quiet. The only people in the room are the ones you invite.

Two dedicated 20A / 120V circuits keep interfaces, amps and lights on their own power. Wired high-speed business internet, ethernet and Wi-Fi cover livestreams and big uploads. Production-quality speakers handle playback. Heavy curtains and similar treatments can be arranged if you want a tighter sound.

The studio is directly across from Lumen Field. On game and event days, Occidental Ave S fills with fans and vendors, and you can hear it through the old windows. Pick a quieter day for clean takes, or keep the windows in the shot and let the street be part of the session.

If you film, the room does a lot of the work: vintage beams, century-old brick, art-covered walls and natural light. Between takes there is a bar top and a commercial drink fridge.

Sessions book at the $70/hr media rate with a 4-hour minimum, at least 15% below the marketplace rate. The freight elevator can bring up heavy gear when planned in advance.
